Fridays: February 18th, May 20th, August 19th and October 21th. (Refreshments will be
provided)

Reminder: Dues are $12.00 per year for Local 135 Retirees and are due prior to June 1st. If dues are not paid by month of June, your name will be dropped from the accidental death benefit insurance policy. The $12.00 dues per year has not been increased since
the origination of the Retiree Chapter. We feel when the economy permits the dues will
be increased by at least $2.00. This will not take place for at least another year. Dues for
2011 will remain at $12.00 per year.

Representative Gene Milliron from the Union Benefit Life Insurance will be at your service every Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the Retirees office. Please call in advance to make arrangements for conference with Mr. Milliron. He also can be reached at home (317) 786-0872. FLU SHOTS: Will be available in the October quarterly meeting (October 21th)

CASINO BUS TRIPS: Five (5) trips schedule to Rising Sun (Grand Victoria Thursday, April 21th, May 19th, June 16th, July 21th, and August 18th, Cost is $5.00 per person each trip. Casino will provide you with $5.00 upon arrival.

RETIREE PICNIC: Saturday, June 18th (third Saturday of month) at Garfield Park.

HOG ROAST: Saturday, August 20nd, Teamsters 135 Members’ Lake (I-70 East at Route 3 Exit ) Go left and entrance is directly left behind the filling station.) Dinner served at Noon – Reservation forms to be mailed later.

RETIREE CHRISTMAS DINNER: December 3th, (first Saturday of Month) Dinner served at 1:00 p.m. at the UAW Union Hall Local 933. Raymond & Tibbs Avenue, Indianapolis, IN. Attendance by reservation only! Dues must be paid for the current year. Reservations are limited to two (2) per retiree. i.e. member and one (1) adult guest. No children will be permitted at the Christmas party.

TEAMSTERS LOCAL 135 MEMBERS’ LAKE: REMINDER – The Fishing Lake/Park is open all year and free to all Local 135 retirees as well as the active members. No ballgames this year.
