Teamsters Local 135 is pleased to announce there will be five (5) scholarships awarded in the amount of $1,000.00 each and due to the overwhelming response to this program, the following requirements must apply.

Applications will be available to the active member; his/her spouse and their legal dependent/s. Active members must have paid Union dues to Local 135 for a minimum of 12 consecutive months prior to the application deadline of Friday, September 5, 2025. Up to 6 months on withdrawal may count toward the 12 consecutive months. Also, the applicant must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university for the fall of 2025.

No student shall be eligible for this drawing, if the member or any family member has already been awarded a Local 135 scholarship from a previous drawing. After the five (5) applicants are drawn on September 13, 2025, the applications will be processed for all proper eligibility prior to issuing the scholarships.

If you would like a chance to receive one of these $1,000.00 scholarships, please fill out the following application form and then mail it to Teamsters 135 Scholarship, 2829 Madison Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46225, drop it off at any Local 135 office or scan and email to local135@local135.com prior to Friday, September 5, 2025. Should you have more than one family member currently enrolled, please feel free to make copies of the following form.
