Sean O’Brien and Fred Zuckerman have been re-elected to lead the Teamsters for five more years along with the entire O’Brien Zuckerman Teamsters United slate. Local 135 President and Principal Officer Dustin Roach joins the team as IBT Central Region Vice President-Elect.

Local 135 has been recognized as a militant and member-driven local under Roach’s leadership since taking office in January of 2023.

The General Executive Board term will begin in March of 2027. Roach and Teamsters Local 135 honor the decades of service and leadership of current Central Region Vice Presidents Tony Jones and Avral Thompson.

Over the next five years, the General Executive Board will continue to put members first, bring the fight to employers, and build Teamster power.
