Attention Teamsters Local 135 Members,

This is an important update regarding our ongoing negotiations with Premier Forge in Portland, Indiana. Teamsters Local 135 President, Dustin Roach, has officially authorized an unfair labor practice strike against the company. This decision follows the unanimous approval by our membership to authorize a strike and the rejection of the company’s final offer earlier today.

Premier Forge has consistently bargained in bad faith and has failed to address the critical issues and concerns raised by our members throughout the negotiations. As a result, we are taking decisive action to stand up for our rights.

We are calling on all Teamsters to show their support by joining the strike line, which will be set up 24 hours a day starting tomorrow morning. Your presence will demonstrate the unity and strength of our Union as we stand together in solidarity with our brothers and sisters.
