Local 135 represents over 500 members at Kroger’s Distribution Center in Shelbyville, IN. This weekend, IBT Warehouse Division Director Tom Erickson, 135 President Dustin Roach, and Business Agent Robert Doolin visited members at the facility. Topics of conversation were the contract coming up in July 2024 and picking rate issues that are affecting members’ incentive pay. The IBT is sending a production standards expert to analyze the standards. 135 will continue to hear members’ issues and hold employers accountable!
